The headline feature is not simply its magnesium-dome driver, but the ability to alter the earphones’ tonal balance without DSP, an app or an EQ profile: three supplied filters are intended to provide treble-forward, balanced and bass-emphasised presentations.
That makes the MK12 Turris an interesting proposition for listeners who use one pair of IEMs across varied music, sources and environments.
